Track Health
By keeping a complete personal list of all your medications with you at all times, you help your healthcare team keep your medications safe. Put it on your fridge at home, your wallet when you are out. You can write changes on the Printed Medication list that your VA provider has given you at every clinic, ER, or hospital visit. If you do not have a printed medication list, ask your VA provider.
The pharmacy section in My HealtheVet provides an easy way to create and keep a personal medication list. You control any changes to your personal medication list and decide what information you want to share. The safe thing is to share your entire medication list with your healthcare team.
